This rapid increase in humidity makes you feel like the temperature is rising. Then the sauna master will use a special cloth to perform various waving and flapping techniques to disperse the hot air. During the ascension, surprising elements such as ice cream or honey you can rub yourself with or fresh fruit will be provided afterwards. Although the emphasis of these massages is on relaxing the body and mind, no two massages are the same. For example, one massage is based more on the well-known sports massage, while another derives from Integrative massage and uses pleasantly warmed basalt stones (hot-stones). A massage completes the relaxing nature of a visit to sauna Tibet. A space filled with steam where you can completely unwind. The steam opens the pores and relaxes the body. Every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, Sauna Tibet offers its customers a free hammam massage. As you sit relaxed on the heated belly stone, a traditional Turkish soap bag is used to spread a lovely &#8220;soft blanket of foam&#8221; over your body. This is followed by an approximately 20-minute massage.
